Meet Dave Cook

Executive Director

Dave joined World Villages for Children in 2023. Dave was won over for the mission of Father Al and the Sisters of Mary after his book club read Priest and Beggar. He has a spirit of service with a Eucharistic outlook.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from George Mason University. He has a long history working with Catholic non-profits including international religious orders. Most recently, he served as the Director of the Annual Appeal for the Archdiocese of Washington. Dave volunteers at his parish as lector, finance council member, and Eucharistic adorer, and at his kids’ school as basketball coach.

Dave enjoys playing basketball and golf in his free time, as well as hosting “Friday night fires” with friends and loved ones. Most of all, he loves spending time with his family in the daily moments of life.
